"A lovely cabin. A little short on cooking utensils, I left a few, nut all workable. It's a really lovely set up. Great hot water. There are 2 lovable cat's that are very friendly and I say the house greeters. I would stay there again. "

"We stayed here for a getaway weekend from Chicago for hiking and nature. The cabin felt very remote (it was!) and everything was as advertised. We used all the amenities including the hot tub, tv, and fire pit. It was very clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I wish we had another day to spend more time at the cabin sitting on the porch watching the beautiful scenery."

"Husband and I stayed here while exploring southeastern Illinois. It was the perfect location for visits to Garden of the Gods and Cave-in-Rock. Everything was comfortable. Nice to have the E-Town restaurant and E-Town Tap so close. The only suggestion I have is to install a floor length mirror somewhere for fit check. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!"

"Our room was clean. It was exceptionally quiet. It was so relaxing. Host communicates quickly (almost immediately). We didn't bring our dog, but it is pet friendly. We had a kitchen and i would recommend bringing some food as you don't have a lot of options in the surrounding area."
