"Only 6 months old lots to iron out. Room was adequate like a tiny NYC apartment. Clean efficient. Couple of bottles of water would have been nice. Great shower and bath amenities well supplied. Kitchen not opened yet. Bar not well stocked and had to complain as someone else’s bar bill was put on my room. Oops. Location was perfect. I would stay again because I think things will open and staff will become experienced. "

I am a World of Hyatt member and stay at Hyatt properties frequently. I have NEVER been treated this badly. Not even close. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve had with the brand. I do NOT recommend this hotel. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, completely unacceptable and we had to request a room change immediately. The elevators were dirty and clearly not well maintained. But the most shocking part? The HORRIBLE attitude of the staff. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. I will NOT be returning to Hyatt Grand Central New York. Ever."

"Everything was clean, bathrooms spotless, toilet, towels bed was comfortable, breakfast was really good and location was good, if everything stiil the same we will be back, we really enjoyed our weekend stay"
