Middletree ideal modern cottage pet friendly
Middletree is a grade 2 listed building formally a 450 year old cart lodge, conveniently located near the A143, between the historic market towns of Haleston and Bungay. There is an abundance of footpaths on the doorstep to explore the countryside and is within walking distance to local village pubs.
Fully enclosed private rear garden area and outside table and chairs ideal for Alfresco dining. We have local breweries and farmshops nearby.
Beaches and Norwich city are around 25minutes away.
Middletree boasts a newly fitted bathroom with large walk in shower. Newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area boasts a lovely electric reclining sofa, newly fitted boiler and radiators so very cosy in winter months, LED lighting throughout.
