The staff in reception were very nice. For us the room was very below standard for the price that we paid. We only had one pillow each to sleep on and there were no extras in the room. AD Apartment
It could be a fantastic place, if only the check in communication was better, the door locks worked properly and if the door was blacked out to allow sleep -days are long in Denmark, not everyone can sleep with lights coming in.

It is very awkward experience. We got the room within the family house, with the host family sharing all the facilities (including toilet and bathroom) with the guests.
