"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"Stayed here for a Conference at Bella Centre. Super convenient. Walked back and forth.
Staff were lovely and helpful too. Room was basic with nice linens.
Highly recommend if you need to be in this area of Copenhagen.

"This was one of my families favorite stops on our Euro trip! The staff were very friendly and helpful and there were endless games for us to play. We had a great time hanging out in the lobby and playing games together. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious! Public transportation was a short walk away and easy to navigate. I only wish the room had a fridge. Otherwise, it was great!"

At first I felt ambivalent about a room directly next to the lobby. The room was the most quiet room I have stayed in compared to probably hundreds of hotels. "This is an interesting place. Small "apartment" but actually everything one needs, including a small microwave. Clever design of the bathroom/shower situation. Charming to have lots of youngish people and young families at the breakfast downstairs. Nice to close to the big "gallery" shopping mall, whose McDonalds stays open to 1 am apparently. It is a bit of a ride to the airport, and I'm not sure how long this would take on a bus, but with a rental car it is about 8 minutes"
