Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"Excellent Airport hotel with good breakfast. There is no shuttle but you can take the train ticket for 1 Stop for 24kr (About 3bucks) and there is a train every 10-15mins. Very convenient and shortest walk to the station. Breakfast was good. Staff very good"

"We only stayed for a few hours to sleep but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the airport which made it convenient for our early flight. I would have like to have stayed longer because the room was nice and comfortable. We got the family room, it had one large bed and twin size bunk beds for my kids which worked out well for the 4 of us. A room like that is hard to find in Denmark. "
