"Loved the place and vibe. The room was good enough for relaxing and sleep, it's good for a fun trip where you want a place to crash, plus, you have the common areas where they have pretty much all you may need. The place is clean, and the bed was comfortable. BTW, LOVED the breakfast options they had."
"An excellent hotel to stay if you want to be in the airport. I was so happy that it is literally connected to the terminals which made for a very easy flight. The hotel also has a metro stop connected which made for very easy transport into the city for a quick breakfast.
We also accidentally double booked out reservation and they cancelled the extra room free of charge. It was excellent customer service that was welcome for some tourists from America.
All staff from front desk to restaurant to hospitality had smiles on their faces and were so engaged in making our stay pleasant and excellent. My only complaint was the bar tables at the restaurant were a bit dirty, and I wish the restaurant was open a bit later for serving food (we arrived after 22:30)
Overall though, I would highly recommend and stay again. Thank you Clarion for the wonderful accommodations!"
"There's absolutely no issues with this property - it's clean, friendly, well-equipped for a good rest. Breakfast is just magnificent. The only thing I found to watch for is how large and busy it gets at times. Add extra time for busy elevators and potential switching between towers. I would definitely stay here again."
