"Comfortable, good sized (for Europe) room, excellent location in city center. Only thing we weren’t happy with was our check in experience, but that was a system design issue, not the on-site staff’s fault. They should ditch their self check-in kiosks, which weren’t able to work for any guests when we arrived, and just put a proper registration desk back in and staff it full time. They’re clearly trying to save on labor costs, but it started off the otherwise pleasant stay on a negative. "

"For the price of the hotel, having to pay parking on top even though it was right outside the building was a bit unnecessary but our stay otherwise was what we needed."
