"We had a newly renovated room and everything was very clean. I was also so grateful when my teens were sleeping in that I was granted an extended check out for two additional hours free of charge when I asked. Finally a huge highlight was the golf simulator room at the bar- so nice and my 12 year old loved it. Was also nice that its glassed in with comfortable seating inside so that I could hang out and watch him. Beds were fine- not super comfortable but not terrible. However my son had a comforter that was so noisy I thought they had forgotten to take the plastic off a new mattress. It sounds odd but it was so noisy anytime he moved. It kept him up as well as me. If we had been thinking clearly I would have just had him ditch it but he also didn't have an alternative. My biggest issue was not being able to reach the front desk. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then called back and the same thing happened. Eventually I just went down. I know sometimes things happen but don't tell me to hold if you aren't coming back!"

"Art Deco stunning hotel! Love the decor, the ambiance and the friendly, helpful staff. You feel as if you are stepping back in time, a luxurious time! The Bar and Billiards restaurant food was delicious and the cocktails were spot on. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

"Great location friendly n helpful staff. Loved having valet services. All guys so nice. Beds comfortable. Only thing noticed was when pulled hair dryer from bag..it was nasty! Would go back anytime. Jordan manager that we talked to several times was the most friendliest helpful and the sincere guy I have ever met in management at a hotel!! He said he was over their 7 hotels n Chattanooga!!!"
