The north end Best Western is terrible! The lights were shorting out, the TV wasn't hooked up to the wall cable, and when I called the front desk, I was told " too bad, we dont have anyone to help you" so I had to literally move furniture around and do it myself. The shower had ONE glass sliding door where there should have been 2, so I had to decide which side of the bathroom stayed dry and which side got soaked while showering. The bed was the extremely firm kind. Air conditioner worked. The hallways and lobby were clean. Breakfast had lots of ' sorry we are out of ' signs. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to go through the site I booked ( Expedia) when I called, Expedia tried to verify and the hotel manager lied, saying none of this happened so I couldn't get a refund.

The room was decent and very clean. The bathroom is outdated and the lighting in there was poor. The coffee was super weak, I could see the bottom of the cup. The staff were very nice. They seem to be updating and have new carpets throughout.
