Being from California, used to having full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the shower so the tiny plastic bottles was not quite enough but we were graciously given more on request. Phone queries were answered promptly and airport shuttle service was excellent. On site restaurant for breakfast and dinner were great. "
