"Great food, especially breakfast"

"This is a wonderful guesthouse. The location was ideal for us less than a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The room was very comfortable with fantastic tea and coffee facilities. It was quiet and well decorated. We parked on the road outside the guesthouse and were provided with a permit that was valid until midday. There is a wonderful café just across the road that is well worth visiting as well."

"Lovely room though we had a problem with a leak from the upstairs shower. It was quickly sorted by the hotel manager. The staff seemed really friendly. The hotels is a short walk to the centre of Harrogate and I would recommend"

"Room very disappointing , bathroom tierd and too small sink absolutely waste of time could hardly access that taps as was fitted so close to the wall , avoid room 247 , great breakfast though and location to town ."
