"Our 2nd stay at the Grand and once again it exceeded all our (high!) expectations. Legacy is just outstanding - amazing good and exceptional service from a passionate, knowledgeable and committed team. Rise was very good too for dinner. Less keen on the buffet style breakfast experience. Having travelled the world staying in 5* hotels the doorman team are by far and away the best we have ever experienced. Excellent reception team too - courteous, efficient and friendly. We will be back!"

"Lovely hotel, brilliant location and welcoming staff. Rooms are great, clean, spacious and comfortable. A very lovely stay and would definitely stay here again, brilliant availability of spa, gym and pools complementary too. My only criticism was you can hear a fair bit of noise from the rooms to either side and above which was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep, although I must add I wasn’t woke once asleep"
