"This hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful rooms and the location is superb for the town of Harrogate. Staff are wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast is amazing with everything you could possibly need. Bed was first class and so unbelievably comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars and 10/10. Well done Crowne Plaza. "

"Thank you. Myself and my little girl were not in the building like i thought we’d be but the building next door. It was lovely though.just enough room for the two of us. Quite warm though as it’s summer and being on top floor. Really good location for the shops and the park. Food was great as well. "

"staff were excellent , could not be more helpful . Room was so spacious and kept to a high standard ate in restaurant both nights of our stay , viewing other places to eat we found the hotel restaurant much better both decor service and food,many thanks to all the staff , so central. If i had to pick a fault i would have to make it up (which i won’t) The parking was first rate , we got parked no bother however beware it’s first come first servered. Many thanks to all the staff. "

"We were only there for one night and couldn’t fault the accommodation . My only complaint was the price of breakfast. I agree you could have the continental and the full English but if you only wanted continental you would pay same price of £15. So we opted for no breakfast. "

"Hi well we had a great time at The Harrogate Inn apart from two things at breakfast the milk they was only full milk no semi skim milk and the butter they was no margarine it would be nice to have the choice The weekend was lovely and yes we would come back to the Harrogate Inn again and it would be lovely if them two items where addressed Thankyou "

"Booked as a last minute trip away - would definitely recommend and return. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly, hotel was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel within walking distance of the town centre, and also a great base for exploring North Yorkshire."
