"Overall great stay"

"The room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel had noted my disability and put us in a room with a disabled shower and accessibility was great. The staff were all lovely and polite and they couldn't do enough to help when we asked. I would highly recommend. We did eat breakfast, but it was oily so spoiled it a bit, however the breakfast staff where all fabulpus and they remembered our preferences for drinks etc. All on all a beautiful venue, amazing staff and the pricea were spot on. Thank you to all for a pleasant stay."

"Great place to stay with excellent food in the fat badger pub and restaurant. We had the sandwich and chips option but will have to go back for the Sunday lunch - it looked great and was obviously popular with regulars. Great drink options including landlord, dark landlord, black sheep etc, and reasonable priced cocktails. "

"We loved the hotel, very regal looking! Staff werw friendly. Clean and spacious. If i had to guve a negative it would be only one lift which was extremely slow and on a personal note, the bed was extremely hard. We both woke up with sore hips! Again that doesnt mean everyone will find the bed too hard. The bedding and bedroom were beautiful and clean. All in all would definitely recommend and would come again. "

"Great location, our room was massive, if i had to pick a fault, the shower cubicle could be a big bigger, theres wasnt much room to move in it. Certainly wouldnt stop us from returning though. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of chouce on the menu. Free secure parking at back of the hotel. "
