    The space
    Newly converted duplex, first and top floor apartment featuring high ceilings, original sash windows and staircase. The property features solid wood parquet flooring throughout a solid wood kitchen which comes fully equipped with all the essentials including, airfryer, microwave, oil, salt and pepper.


    The Living, Dining & Kitchen Area:

    The property features 3.5m ceilings and two extra-large sash windows making a light filled living/kitchen area. Earthy tones and fabrics making for a relaxing space to unwind, featuring two comfy armchairs and sofa as well as formal dining seating for four people. There is also a large TV equipped with Roku and board games for your entertainment.

    The Bedrooms:

    Each bedroom is equipped with built in wardrobes, plush velvet beds and pure cotton Dusk bed linen with extra pillows and blackout curtains. They each also feature a makeup table and comfy velvet armchair for unwinding or getting ready in.

    The bathroom is fully equipped with a full bath/rainfall shower combo, large velux window for light and ventilation and an integrated Hansgrohe toilet. The tiles are earthy green tones which compliment the concrete effect brown walls to create a relaxing space to freshen up or unwind.
