About this property
Superior area near centre,free street parking,pet friendly
- A beautiful self contained flat within a respectable family home ( separate entrance). A short walk to the town centre, free parking at the street next to our garden ( plenty of space), free WiFi. Prestigious areas next to valley garden/Duchy area, HLC, Conference centre, Betty’s, Harlow Carr and railway station are all in walking distance. We could host up to 4 people. 2nd floor, no lift. Additional £30 to bring a pet, but check with us first. Please be quiet after 11:00 pm.

Guests are welcome to use our garden. Flat includes your own kitchen, bath room, sitting room (if two guests only), dinner area and bedroom

Please note there is no elevator in the house. There will be an additional one off fee of
£30 for bringing a house trained pet and £5 for laundry. Please always check with us first if you want to bring pets. If you want to check in earlier or check out late, please let us know, we try to arrange it. Thank you
