"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"2nd time back. Great spot for peace and quiet. Very clean, comfy and well equipped for a home away from home. We will back!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Little Tides property. It has ample space, a nice clean refrigerator, two bathrooms, amazing king bed, a stove (though we didn't use it). We appreciated having the washer and dryer to use for our stay. Donna was great to work with if we had any questions or little concerns that were handled promptly. We would love to stay again if we are in the area."

"This was definitely exactly what we needed. Quiet little place off the beaten path, easy enough to find if you know where you're going. Property was clean and accessible for outloading and unloading our personal belongings and once we were inside, it was heaven. All of the comforts from home! Fun things to do on the property and the hot tub was amazing after a long day of walking and exploring. There are so many wonderful things to say about this Hideaway, and we will definitely be back!"
