"The photos made the property look better than it was. The space wasn’t as clean as I’d expect and it was not very well appointed. There were no hand towels, the microwave didn’t work, there was no ice or way to make ice. It just wasn’t what I expected. "

"The apartment itself was clean and tidy and good for somewhere to sleep while attending a convention at the Connecticut Convention center. The building was being renovated and most of the common spaces are dated and in need of some attention. Checking in was a little confusing as the apartment was not ready at the time advertised and the building is mixed use with a lot of people who live there full time. "
