"Really nice hotel. Room was really hot but it was a heat wave and probably not a problem most of the time. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially in the pub for dinner and breakfast. Easy access to train station and travel in to London. Was a nice place to stay outside of all the business. Easy access to Stansted airport too. Would definitely stay again."

I accidentally booked two rooms when we only needed one, and the staff were incredibly kind and happy to cancel one of the bookings and refund the payment, which we really appreciated.
