"We really enjoyed the spa. My therapist was lovely and very professional. The swimming pool was just the right temperature, steam room and sauna were both very good. Only down side is there is no cold plunge pool and I couldn’t have a cold shower either. Breakfast is self sevice and there was a good selection of hot food. I asked for poached eggs, they were cooked to perfection and were brought to our table on hot toast as requested. Most restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues with our room, these were addressed quickly and efficiently and the customer service was second to none. We will be booking again soon."
