"The young lady at the front desk named Monique was excellent. She was very helpful with whatever we needed. The thing that I did not like the microwave did not work on second floor. The rooms needs to have microwaves another downfall that we didn’t like we had to pay two dollars per luggage to secure our luggage before we check in and after we check out, I think that we shouldn’t have to pay to have our luggage secured. We have stayed in other hotels and didn’t have to pay for security of our luggage when we r staying there."

"Beautiful historic hotel in French Quarter. Staff are fantastic. I stayed on 6th floor in King Size room. It was large and clean. Only recommendation would be to add a chair and a desk or table."

"Very clean rooms, staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The location was excellent if you want to be in the heart of it all but when you step in to the lobby from Bourbon St and the door closes and the noise can’t be heard and its clean and fresh and safe it’s just perfect!!"

"Our room was clean and looked recently renovated! The house keeping staff was excellent! The beds were super comfortable! Hotel had security guards and we felt safe staying there! There is a lot of homeless people in New Orleans. Loved the elevators. You put in what floor you wanted and it took you directly to that floor. No other stops for people getting on. The rooftop pool was perfect! The hotel provided towels! Overall very nice stay. One con the prices at the hotel bar were outrageous! $25 for a beer and vodka soda! Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!!"

"This was my second time staying here at this property! Once in March for Mardi Gras this year and this time for a concert! It was close to everything food was in walking distance shopping and overall great stay! I did have to pay for valet separately from hotel but other than that I love this hotel!"
