"This is a great property. The location is near good restaurants and is in walking distance of trolley and bus stops. The breakfast was excellent and fresh, and the common areas outside are inviting and comfortable. Sierra and Ken were very helpful at the front desk. Everything seemed really clean and well maintained."

"Nice view and vibe! Great front desk staff especially at check in! I think her name was Rochelle but she was so polite even after my complaint of the tv not working and the valet app not working. She stayed on top of this issues being addressed. The breakfast was good as well. "

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was impeccable. We were greeted upon arrive by the valet, and welcomed by the gentleman at the front door. The hotel had a marvelously relaxing fragrance directly upon entrance. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and received a $15 credit for food and beverages per night, we received free car train tickets from the concierge, and vouchers for two delicious free hot breakfast buffets that even had an omelette station! We were even given a free upgrade to a river view room! The beds were top notch “Westin Heavenly Beds” that had me sleeping in every day of our vacation. "
