"What a gorgeous house!!! Very private, and the grounds were stunning! Everything was well maintained, and the house full stocked. Jennifer was great at communicating and responding to any questions! We came for a family vacation with our 2 married sons, wives and children and 3 teenage boys, and there was plenty of space! Can’t say enough about the outdoor space!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for an up north getaway. The house was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location is secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Communication with the property manager was great. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Charlevoix area who wants a little spot on the lake to themselves. It's an easy drive into Charlevoix and Petoskey. We visited both and still spent two full days just relaxing at the house enjoying the lake. For wine, Royal Farms and Lost Cellars are close and both were excellent. The Biers Art Gallery is a very cool place. We also enjoyed the pizza at the Biers Inwood Brewery just up the hill from the gallery. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to the area."

"Good for our girls weekend trip. The sandy beach in front of the home is not the beach that belongs to this property. Their beach is rocky or you can walk 100 yards to a sandy beach. There were a lot of great shells we found on our walk."

"Beautiful location convenient to area points of interest. Peace and quiet combined with a very comfortable bed made for some quality sleep. The owner was very responsive and the complimentary pastries were appreciated. The property was accurately described and affordable. It has minimalist decor and fewer amenities than many other places we rented, but that really wasn’t an issue for us since we were mostly there to sleep."

"No complaints whatsoever. Super clean, quiet location, beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans, pizza racks, coffee makers) with anything one might need to cook.Lots of counter space and minimal knick-knacks in the way. Water was great tasting, not over-softened, and plenty of hot water.Christine was a fantastic host."

"We enjoyed our stay and found the cottage cozy and comfy. Thankful the nights were cooler as it was a bit hot without AC but the fans were helpful. I knew this ahead and brought an extra tower fan for the living room and was glad I did. Clean but had to kill a few spiders. Very cute little place in the country and we loved that we could walk to Norwood Beach Park!"
