"The staff are friendly."

"excellent breakfast"

"The hotel is old, rooms are old, however, it was very, very quiet, safe and clean. The breakfast was excellent, very hearty with lots of variety. A great place to stay right outside of Freiburg with easy driving access to the old city. We would stay here again."

"Great value for price. Place was clean and on the tram line. After-hours check-in using the machine was a bit glitchy, but worked in the end."

"Nice stay"

"Lovely, friendly & helpful staff Our room was comfy clean and we were very well loked after. Breakfast was also very good We will be back next year"

"Great place to stay when travelling far"

"Great location. Great staff and comfortable stay overall"

"Great hotel and great location!"

"Such an underrated hotel! This was the cutest simple place we’ve stayed. Ascetically unique with the old style building and modern flare. Staff were so accommodating and make the best breakfast! Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quaint place to rest your head."

"Booked twin room in advance, had a double that we easily separated into two singles, no trams, had to get an uber, don’t stay here if you want to go into town"

"Clean room, air conditioning, helpful staff"

"Staff were very friendly, parking fees were reasonable compared to some cities and the rooms are nice."

"Perfect for a short stay, a bit outside of the city but easy to park."

"The hotel was very clean and in a nice quiet area with a grocery store right next door. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast fresh with good variety."

"Room was clean and good size. It was very easy to take the tram into town from the hotel which is good because this area is a bit of a food desert. Staff were very friendly."

"Good for two non-partner travelers. One of the few places where there was an option for separate twin beds."
