"Clean home. Beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. A little trouble using the number pad by the front door to get in. The pad kept falling off the wall. Neighbor had to let us in through garage. We were able to get a hold of the owners and reset door code and internet. Ran out of paper towels and no laundry soap was available to wash linens when we were there. Otherwise all went well. Nice neighborhood and close to downtown Prescott. "

"Room was very dark minimal lighting. You could see daylight through the door. Lot of flaking and chipped paint. The bed was old and mattress was worn all the way out! Breakfast was just a snack. Overall just a dated property in declining condition. Wouldn’t stay again. "

"So many good things to say about this property. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just a short way to the downtown area. Also there is a good Mexican restaurant and excellent coffee shop within walking distance. It is right next to a park, which was a bonus for my family with three grade school/junior high age kids. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Prescott."
