Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook up your favorite meals.

• Patio seating and dining furniture are stored away from October to May.

Our cozy and newly refreshed 2-bedroom + den cottage offers a peaceful escape from the city. Nestled on 1.2 acres of tree-lined land, this retreat features a wood-burning outdoor fire pit, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area. Perfect for those looking to relax and unwind in nature.

Our Guests have the entire cottage to themselves except for the detached garage

A vehicle equipped with snow tires or 4WD is necessary for the winter times.

-This is NOT a Waterfront Property but has views of Baptiste Lake from the Den.

We would love to host families and friend groups, however please be respectful of maximum persons allowed *Yes ,children including babies and toddlers are counted *

We DO NOT accommodate for large groups please book accordingly!!

-Families please note that the property is stated not suitable for small children due to the open fire ,wooded areas and wildlife, however its up to your family to decide what is best and can still book your stay with us

WILDLIFE-During your stay we ask that you don't feed the wildlife. Don’t approach animals and always practice safety precautions

SEPTIC TANK- This property has a septic tank ,please only use toilet paper and do not have multiple appliances plug in or running at one time.

GARBAGE- Please take garbage with you at the end of your stay, there’s no garbage collection. There is a dump 5 mins away please see teal duotang

WELL WATER- well water is safe to drink but please bring bottled water if you’re not comfortable with drinking the water. A filtered jug and a counter sized water dispenser is provided (water not included)

We provide limited quantities of basic essentials to get your stay started, should you require more, please plan accordingly.

* 1 bath towel and 2 face cloths per guest *
Turkish towels provided you will be charged if taken

POWER OUTAGES- During your stay there may be power outages. We do not provide a generator.

NOTE: 3rd Bed is a Full/double size day bed w/ twin trundle located in the den.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping.
Important Guidelines for Your Stay:



Guest Limit: Maximum of 6 guests, including babies and children.

Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.

Dog-Friendly:1 XL breed allowed, or
2 small to large breeds allowed.

$250 fine for unregistered pets or additional animals.
No Unregistered Guests, Parties, or Third-Party Bookings (except corporate stays).

$250 fine per person, per day for unregistered guests.
Book According to Group Size, Not Price.

Garbage: Clear bags are provided under the kitchen sink.


No Shoes Indoors: Please bring indoor footwear or use provided house slippers.

Checkout: 11:00 AM sharp.

$50 charge if checkout is after 11:05 AM

Cameras and WiFi Adapters: Please Do not tamper with them. Stay may be canceled with no refunds, and the security deposit will be forfeited.

Smoking: Outdoors only. Dispose of cigarettes in designated tins. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in additional charges

Fire Pit, Pizza Oven & BBQ: Bring your own firewood and charcoal. These are not accessible in winter.

Hot Tub: Misuse will result in a $300 fine.

Guests planning to cook with spices that may stain cookware or linens are required to bring their own sets; otherwise, a charge will apply.

A deep cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for strong odors left behind.
