"Good location near the beach and many cafes and restaurants. Clean and warm welcome. Website needs updating to say no breakfast available and free parking limited up a hill under trees (had to take car to car wash due to bird droppings) Only problem bathroom sink really small "

"The host was acomodating and really helpful. Easily accessible via texts. We never actually saw her. Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Unsure if I'd book via hotels.com...

"We loved our room, good size, fab high ceiling, sea view. Really quiet even though it is on the sea front. Parking easy and reasonable price in underground car park ( look it up before you go to find the entrance road). Fridge in room was a bonus. Bath was huge and shower perfectly effective with really hot water. Armine was lovely. Would definitely stay again. "

"Hotel did not do breakfast or provide wifi in the rooms. There was mould and rust in the bathroom and chewing gum stuck to the side of the mirror in the bedroom. But the bed was comfy and the hot water was hot. "
