"First off, Angie is very quick to respond and made check in / check out super easy. I want to thank her for sharing her beautiful home with my family. The view of the river is amazing. After our days out we could not wait to sit on the wraparound porch or in the reclining sofa or swivel chair in the living room. They are so comfortable. The kitchen is just as pictured and the huge island is a great place to snack and have good conversations. It’s truly the heart of the home. We only used the two downstairs bedrooms but they were both very comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. So nice to have enough bathrooms for everyone also. Plenty of room to park. Took us about 20 min to get to the resort areas but we wanted something away from all the crowds and this was perfect."

"Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed the great location on the river with a beautiful dock, wonderful porches, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house is new and nicely decorated. Cons: The kitchen was stocked with dirty, badly worn pots and pans. This was shocking because everything else in the house is new and also problematic as we were planning to cook all our meals at the house. We did alert the host that only a total of 3 pots and pans were usable but there was no offer to fix it, so we had to go to the local Dollar General to buy a skillet and cookie sheet (Walmart and other larger stores and restaurants are 30 minutes away in Jacksonville). Also, while the online pic of the downstairs kitchenette showed a keurig, there was none. Four bedrooms were a great size and very nice (2 have their own bathrooms, 2 share a jack and jill, and the fifth has a half bath near it). The fifth bedroom was small, not as nicely decorated, and had a rock hard mattress that hurt our son's shoulder. It was also very inconvenient because the doors to the laundry area, when opened, blocked the doors to the fifth bedroom AND the half bath, so that was very awkward (folding bifold doors would have been better). Overall, we would recommend this beautiful house if the kitchen amenities were upgraded and expanded, and the fifth bedroom be made more comfortable for future guests."

"Place was right on the water, beautiful views. There is a beach access pass the next building over, not much of a beach at the condo as the water comes right up the sandbags at the building. That didn’t bother us though. The condo was cleaned, I do wish there were ice trays in the freezer as there is no ice maker. Christina was awesome to work with very responsive l, we had an issue with the pull out couch and she quickly acted to have someone come and fix it. Over all a good stay with the family."

"We had such a wonderful weekend away!! We can’t wait to go back!! The owner/host was amazing!! House was soo clean-usually when we stay somewhere, we have to clean before we unpack our belongings, however, we didn’t have to do that here!!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!"

"This is the cutest little house. It was clean and decorated super cute. The host had great communication and addressed any concerns quickly! Keep in mind this house does not have a bathtub- it is shower only. We traveled with two adults and four children. Even though the house was only two bedrooms/one bathroom- it was still just enough for our family. We loved the view from the property and being able to access a dock. It’s super quiet and peaceful at the location. We look forward to our next stay with the host at around this beautiful location!"
