"We repeatedly stay here because it’s just THE BEST! They’ve thought of everything and offer such higher-end amenities with such consideration! Easy to communicate, never any problems and the BEST location for people with littles! The pool is community of course but feels like your own because it’s right there and super convenient! Beautifully furnished, SUPER clean (truly we go to Topsail yearly and have stayed in other places, and this is by far the cleanest upon arrival. We look forward to this every year!!!!"

"The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Quality toilet paper!! Plenty of linens and beach accessories. The beach was easy to access, the pools were amazing, the food at the restaurant was delicious. We had a marvelous time! 10/10 will come again!"

"The property was great. You just have to be prepared for it. It is a cozy home. So, it is not very spacious. The stair cases are very narrow. It is not an issue, you just need to be prepared. The ability to walk right onto the beach was just as awesome as the view. The minor issues we ran into were immediately addressed! The communication was top tier."

"The house and location were perfect! The beach chairs, grill & hot tub were an added bonus. Such a quiet street and loved being at the culdesac. The elevator was wonderful! We could've used curtains in the living room for my elderly father with light sensitivity, but he wore his sunglasses indoors. The sunlight made it difficult for him to view the TV.Everyone in the family loved the house! Wish it was affordable to rent again in 2027, but the increase is more than we can swing."

"House was very clean and the location of the house was not too far from the beach the community pool, and the SeaView pier. The beach house had decks where you can view the sunrise and the sunset! The Host was very responsive to our needs. Had one afternoon when the power was out due to storms and had the water off a bit due to a water main break (things that rarely happen). We were lucky enough to even be near to the location of a Turtle's nest when we were there for our stay! We learned quite a bit from the Turtle Hospital in Surf City about them! Would definitely recommend this place if you want a nice beach vacation! Thanks again!"

"The beach place was perfect for our extended family of 9. There was plenty of room. The place was very quiet but still easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook the meals that we planned. All in all, it met our needs very well."
