"Breakfast was very good and there were a lot of guests on Saturday morning but there was plenty of food for everyone Staff did a great job filling up all the stations Location was perfect for our stay visiting the marine base and family in surf city"

"Very clean, great location just steps to beach that was not crowded. Kitchen well stocked. Communication with property manager was great. Response time to any questions was fast. Nice having the elevator. Retractable gate at top of stairs was a nice surprise with a baby that was crawling. Will stay again!!"

"Our family had an amazing vacation, and this home was a huge part of what made it so special! The house is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, exceptionally well maintained, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The three oceanfront decks were one of our favorite features. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee, watching the the dolphins play in the waves, or relaxing in the evening, the breathtaking views from every deck were simply unforgettable.The home was also equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free from the moment we arrived.Amy and Bill were wonderful hosts. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had.The location couldn’t have been better! The beach was clean, peaceful, and full of seashells. We were even lucky enough to witness a sea turtle lay her eggs right next to the house—an unforgettable experience! It’s also within easy walking distance of the pier, but far enough away that you can still enjoy the quiet and avoid the crowds.This was, without a doubt, our favorite place we’ve ever vacationed. Every detail made the stay worth every penny. We give it a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family beach getaway.We already can’t wait to book our next stay!"

"This was amazing house and property. Everything was clean when we arrived, everything works. The outside shower came in handy when you’re coming from the beach. The hostess had clear concise directions and no miscommunication whatsoever. The location was awesome next to the beach."

"The location was great. The house was quite roomy and the kitchen was fairly well-equipped. The house is old, though and could use some updates. Paint is chipped on some of the molding and rust on the deck. The listing was inaccurate—it indicated 4 double bunks in both kids’ rooms. One room has a double over double bunk plus a single bed. The other had a single over double bunk plus a single bed. This is quite a significant difference if you have lots of small kids. Also there was a picture of the library with a twin bed. This room doesn’t exist. The house needs a deep cleaning—blinds were dusty and light switches were dirty. When some of our party arrived, there was one woman cleaning the house. If she had no help, that house is a lot to clean for one person. Also things need to be cleaned out. Lots of remotes, several coffee makers in cabinets, 3 non working Xboxes Also the railing on the deck—it was a little loose in one area. The master bath was probably quite luxurious at one time, but the black toilet, shower and sinks have white stains plus there is tarnish on the gold fixtures. With a little renovation, this house could be a 5 property. Lots of bedrooms and baths—the kitchen is a little small but there is also a small nook kitchen with a beverage refrigerator which was handy. The two tables were great as well. There were plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware. The silverware was adequate but could have more teaspoons. Air-conditioning worked well"
