"Excellent property at a great beach location. The condo had everything we look for in a stay - full kitchen, in-room laundry, ocean view, etc. Plus Topsail is an awesome not-too-crowded beach. Larger property was excellent as well with two pools and two hot tubs that were being constantly maintained by staff. Would definitely stay again!"

"The stay was overall okay. There was a noticeable odor in the carpet throughout the hallways and into the room. The shower head fell apart, but my husband was able to piece it back together. I did experience an allergic reaction to the towels and bedding, though I understand that may have been beyond the hotel’s control. The television also appeared to have a wiring issue. During breakfast, I observed a staff member cough into her glove and continue handling food, which was concerning. That said, the majority of the staff I encountered were kind, gentle, and very pleasant. Thank you "

"We (5 of us) traveled from Wisconsin for a week away. The beach area home was extraordinarily spacious, modern and could have easily accommodated another family. We made almost all our meals in the gigantic kitchen area with the dining table suitable for 8. Our only critique was that this area of Topsail Beach is saturated with contractors. Early morning table saws, air compressors and crews driving in and out accompanied our morning coffee. It didn't ruin our time by any means. Oh yeah, a huge plus is the daily Marine Corps combat helicopters passing low and slow up and down the beach... super cool."

"We love this house- The beach view is a little more blocked with a newer house but it's still amazing. It is a short walk to the beach or a short drive to the ORV. It's great having a dock in the back and the fenced in yard is great for bringing the dog with us. The beds were beautifully made and ready with plenty of towels to use and a stocked kitchen. Good washer and dryer and lots of fridge space for snacks and drinks. The hot tub was a great plus with the cooler temps in the evening. Some challenges with things. Loose floorboards in some of the rooms, unfortunately the pool heater was broken but they were super fast and responsive with any issues or questions. Definitely would come back here! "

"What a treat to stay at Resting Beach Face! We loved it initially for its name but after having the pleasure of staying there, loved it for its comfort, convenience and cleanliness. It is situated on a beautiful beach. In March it was quiet and cool, a perfect spot to walk our pup, read some books and unwind. It was just right! We would love to return again and again!!!! Thank you!!!!"
