"This was a beautiful rental and location, private but accessible to restaurants, breweries, and stores in Sneads Ferry, Surf City, and a quick drive to the beach. The marsh around the island is wild and thriving and we saw a huge variety of coastal bird and sea life. Recommend for friend or family groups for the many shared spaces but lots of room to spread out for personal time. Will definitely try to book again next year, thank you!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this vacation rental. I think the rental company did a really good job of supplying some supplemental supplies in the bathrooms and kitchens which was a really nice surprise. Overall the house was great to accommodate a large related family with multiple families and kids. There were a lot of games etc. for the kids, the pool and of course right on the beach."

"We’ve been vacationing in Topsail for more than 20 years, and this home certainly didn’t disappoint! It was comfortable, beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and offered beautiful ocean views and convenient beach access.Jamie was wonderful to work with, responding quickly to any questions and checking in with us during our stay. We also truly appreciated Debbie’s efforts to have the house ready so efficiently, giving us the opportunity to check in early. The open lines of communication made the entire experience even more enjoyable.Thank you for sharing your home with us and helping us make another year of wonderful Topsail memories!"

"We arrived after an 8 hour drive to learn our rental was accessible earlier than expected. Clean sheets and towels were sitting on each bed. Nice size living room so all of us could sit and play games. Nice big deck with plenty of seating, for a spectacular view of the ocean. Kitchen table sat eight which was very suitable to our group, and nicely stocked. Third floor had a sitting area with a tv, perfect for the children to watch, while the adults were on the main floor. Conveniently located to eating establishments, shopping, and grocery store."
