"Overall, this home was just what our family needed for our first extended family vacation since 2020. The location was perfect! We walked out the back door to the ocean every day. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. We did have a few things break down while we were there. The owners were very quick to respond and had them fixed within 24 hours. I recommend that renters bring an extra bath towel per person and dish towels. Also bring beach towels. The house provides one bath and hand towel, as well as a washcloth for each person. It also has many beach chairs, which were very helpful.Lastly, if you are traveling with an elderly person, it is important to know that there are no bedrooms on the main floor, therefore they would need to walk up and down stairs to get to a bedroom (all are on the bottom or the top floor). An elevator would be a nice addition to the house. Thank you again for helping us make some very special memories. We hope to stay again someday."

"One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in. Great location - loved the view of the ocean from both decks (and the hot tub). Lots of outdoor seating on both decks. Quick walk over a few stairs to get to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans were great. Bathrooms were plentiful for our group of 10! Kitchen was very well appointed and spacious. Refrigerator is huge! Table seats 10 plus 4 counter bar chairs. We loved the smaller table near the windows for breakfasts. We did 2 puzzles during the week at the smaller table. Couches were comfortable, but didn't seat all of us at the same time for movie watching. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful! The house is perfectly cleaned, decorated, and designed. Our group of 14 stayed for a staff retreat and we enjoyed every aspect of the house. Plenty of private space and large gathering space. It is definitely a private oasis and you don’t need to leave the house, but if you do, local shopping is close by and Surf City is a short drive away."
