It would be great to have more of the basic home appliances available in the house from the start, such as: broom, mop, iron table and some cleaning products. We had to call a member of staff more than once within a week.

I was unimpressed with the cleanliness of my room. The sofa was too dirty to even sit on. The shower was not working as both shower heads were damaged.
