"AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEWS!!! The house had amazing views of the mountains from both inside and outside. The decks outside were very spacious and the upper deck had some very nice chairs and barstools. The lower deck had a nice hot tub. The home was very roomy and well equipped with everything we needed. Compared to a lot of the homes in the area, this one was very private. You really couldn’t see your neighbors while sitting on the deck. There was also a nice game room on the lower level that allowed us to spread out. Host was super responsive to any questions I had. Loved our stay there and would definitely go back again!"

"First of all, we had a wonderful time. There were a few problems. The AC did not work properly. Communications did not go well. The house needs some TLC. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, fishing and just relaxing."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Mars Hill cabin and couldn't have asked for more. The views from the property are breathtaking, and soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring was the perfect way to unwind. The location is fantastic — close to Hatley Pointe and just a short drive to the Appalachian Trail at Sams Gap, so there's easy access to both mountain activities and beautiful hiking.The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the main floor living space was cozy and inviting.We did have one hiccup — the hot water heater went out for a day — but the host responded quickly and had it fixed in no time, even though it was a holiday weekend. That kind of responsiveness really says a lot about how well this place is managed.Everything about this stay felt relaxing and well cared for. We'd happily book again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with easy access to outdoor adventure."
