"The overall experience was enjoyable and the house is beautiful.The host was quick to rectify any problems that occurred.The house was well appointed with the exception of a selection of fry pans.I would definitely use this host again."

"What a great spot. The view is simply amazing. I believe the area is known for fog, and WOW, if you are fortunate enough to see it when it rolls in, it’s just magical. Location is great, far enough from Asheville but at the same time, close enough. The towns nearby are pretty cool as well. The cabin is spacious, well laid out and has everything you will ever need… We loved it!"

"The house was perfect. It was very clean and had all the amenities that one can think of and or need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The views were amazing. The host was super communicative and accessible throughout the stay."

"The property was very clean and the views were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed the ping pong table and the hot tub. There was quite a difference in AC temperature from the bottom floor to the top floor, but it wasn't terrible. We had great weather and could open windows at night.Communication was very good, frequent and clear. No problem checking in and out. The listing said garbage gets picked up everyday, but maybe that's seasonal. We had plenty of room in the bin for the four days we stayed.The directions said not to follow GPS, but we didn't have any issues on either of the two roads that lead up the mountain. The listing also mentions resort access and a pool, but it looks like the resort went out of business a while ago. Everything was boarded up and the pool/hot tub was not useable. The parking lot was overgrown with the basketball hoops tore down. Not that big a deal since we were just there to relax at the house."

"We had such an amazing time at this cabin! It was the perfect spot for our group, the place is huge with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the views are absolutely breathtaking.The accommodations were spot on. They really thought of everything we needed, from having extra towels for every guest to specifically providing towels for the hot tub. Parking was a breeze with plenty of space for our group, too.The hosts were awesome,super responsive and gave us some great local recommendations that we really enjoyed. We even hosted a private yoga session right in the living room because the space was so open and comfortable. If you’re planning a group trip, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!"
