"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"Great hotel and garden in Tokyo! Beautiful public spaces, large rooms, and a magical garden complement the courteous and cheerful staff who clearly take great pride in where they work. Highly recommend both the Japanese and Western breakfasts. They were great — and there aren’t many options near the hotel. Only suggestion would be to relocate the Sunday brunch. The room that was used during our stay was large and windowless — and felt a little dark compared to the rest of the property."
"I really had a great time staying at the hotel. It was my first time in Japan and I wasn’t sure where to go, but I’m so glad that I stayed there. I look forward to staying there again in the future when I visit Tokyo. The staff was very helpful and respectful. I had no issues with them at all. It was very quiet, and if I ever needed anything, they were very quick to provide excellent service."
"The room at the Hotel Niwa was clean and beautifullly decorated in a manor that catered to traditional Japanese style and simplicity with western comforts also in mind.
This was exactly what we had been looking for in a Japanese stay during our holiday. The staff were very helpful and we were delighted to learn about the manager's production of delicious local honey in the hotel. The gardens and internal courtyard were an authentic and restful touch that we could experience from the restaurant."
"BIG NOTE: Temperature is regulated for the entire floor so there isn’t air conditioning you can adjust for your room. You can speak to the front desk and request a fan. Staff is nice and very helpful. Hotel is very central and convenient. "
