The hotel was very close to the train station and close to all the shops. That was an awesome time saver to navigate in such impressive city. The room was tiny but then again, you are in Tokyo, it is expected. All was very clean and staff was very helpful. The only hiccup we saw was that we had booked two rooms and one of them had a strong dampness smell but we reported it upon arrival and we were given another unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, really helpful staff, clean and modern. Ikebukuro is a great location and the hotel is very close to the station for easy access to all the places you'll want to go. Rooms are small, but this is central Tokyo! Only minor complaint is that the one pillow was tiny.

Convenient and comfort hotel

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms and 7 nights. The hotel location is very convenient near the Ikebukuro JR station and shopping area. The customer service is helpful and responsive to my enquiry via message box. They allow to keep luggages at their concierge before check in and after check out for few hours. The hotel room size is not big but comfortable and clean.
