Novice 4BRM/3Bath house on the canal/sound access close to the beach

"We visit OBX every year. Very clean, good location in Avon across from the pier. Road is REALLY rough, though. This is a more residential road, as compared to other areas we have stayed in surrounded by other rentals. The neighbors, locals, played loud music at 1am and woke everyone up, but I notified the property manager, who was very responsive and apologetic, and did say he would let the owners know. We didn’t have any issues with the property itself, we enjoyed the kayak and outdoor shower."

"Everything was great! We had a little trouble getting in upon arrival, but the host was super responsive and the issue was resolved within minutes. The house was clean and exceeded expectations! The pool access was a nice surprise, very clean and comfortable. I would’ve utilized it more if the weather cooperated, but it was really nice! Thank you for a great trip!"

"Beautiful home. Large and open to accommodate 8 adults and 3 toddlers. Fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Very clean. Newer multi-level decks with unobstructed views of the ocean and Avon pier. Newer outdoor seatings. Hot tub was on and ready for us. Thank you for a memorable experience."
