"Over all experience was overwhelming. The house was clean and my family enjoyed for staying in the house. I only disappointed for the extra cleaning fee I made. I just find out later after made the booking."

"Booked and was then sent emails from rental company which led me down the rabbit hole of their reviews. Not going to lie, at that point I was scared of what we would walk into. However, this home was incredibly clean. The beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Very spacious and inviting. Five patio doors leading onto 2 separate deck areas. Beautiful views of the ocean. Outdoor shower comes in very handy.Did not use any appliances so can’t say anything regrading if they worked properly. The coffee pot was broken but reported and ideally will be replaced. There was an issue with the heating and cooling not working properly to which we were told we don’t know how to operate the system, after they came out to check so they did respond to issues. Hard to operate it incorrectly when you turn the system off and it keeps kicking itself on for hours. That said, I believe they will remedy that issue and the house can be enjoyed fully."

"This is an older hotel with the rooms being dated but clean. We have stayed here multiple times and would definitely come back. Great location. Friendly staff."

"Lots of stairs!! By the end of the week, the dogs were so over them. If you have difficulty with stairs, we advise not renting this house. Inside of house was clean, outside had some rusted grill tools lying around as well as old beach toys and boogie boards. Property manager did come by to clean up, once we mentioned it to them.Beds were very uncomfortable and the comforters were very old and dated. Otherwise house is very cute and we enjoyed our week."

"House was great for the family and I only downfall was the ac stoped working on our 2nd day but the property manager had us window units to cool the place off. Overall a nice place to stay!"

"Wonderful traditional beach cottage. Remote check-in, check-out was convenient, and cottage was clean when we arrived. Great location. Quality appliances in well-stocked kitchen. TVs worked, and remotes were easy to operate. Fish cleaning table down below was excellent, with a functional hose. Great deck with Weber gas grill, hose, and substantial beach chairs. Surf or Sound property management was in touch often, and responded to questions quickly. We're looking forward to staying here again."
