"10/10 experience. Highly recommend booking here if you are looking for a spot to stay in Avon/OBX area. Great location 1 block off the beach and directly next to the sound side. Can walk to both and also close to multiple drive on beach ramps. House was clean and spacious with 3 nice bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as an updated kitchen and huge living room/tv set up. Host is responsive and we had zero issues during our stay. Would rent this house again!"

"The property location was great and the view from our balcony was lovely. We were able to easily paddleboard from the inlet dock out to the bay. Lots of restaurants and shops in Avon and out in both directions. Enjoyed the free ferry to Ocracoke. Beautiful night feeding birds followed our ferry home. The stars were magical and we clearly saw the Milky Way."

"My family and I had no complaints, and overall it was a great experience staying with you guy's and will stay again but choose something a little closer to the beach because a couple of us had a pretty rough time walking over, and we will rent one with a pool the next time, But other then that it was a nice vacation and I really appreciate you guy's! Thank you"

"When I arrived the outside was not appealing I thought to myself oh know, but boy was i surprised when I entered the home it was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious! It was everything I wanted and more! The decor really makes you feel comfortable and relaxing. The pool area is nice as well little outdated but clean. My family and I loved staying there. Worth every penny! The master bedroom was very spacious and the balcony area nice to sit and enjoy breakfast in morning! Although it’s pet friendly it doesn’t smell like other animals were there. My dog loved it as well. A little walk to beach there’s also a nearby bar which just opened and can walk right across. Also a place you can rent kayaks, get windsurfing lessons etc. a short ride to supermarket as well and to other beaches. LOVED OUR STAY!!"
