"This hotel is very old and they put me in a room that was for handicap people I don't know why I also had to pay 40 euros for a taxi to the train which was absolutely ridiculous because it was only not even a eight minute drive they do not provide a shuttle the hotel is adequate but totally overpriced for what you got"

"Our overnight stay was delightful. Room was modern and clean. Restaurant was superb. Highly recommend a dinner there. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Shoutout to Margaux in the dining room-a wonderful young woman, and also to the staff who checked us out who went out of their way to correct a billing error as we were about to drive away to the Lyon airport. "The room was clean. Carpets in the hotel have a very musty smell. Decor is weird, mix of old and modern that doesn't work. Everything was functional. Our room was very big with a view of the river, which was very nice. Secured parking was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was good. Overall, our stay was nice. Just a little dated for my liking. "

"Not sure if it was because it was end of season but whole area in need of some tlc. Restaurant closed apart from pre ordered breakfast. Kitchen drawers had food bits in them an floor dirty. Not shown where bins or indoor pool was on arrival. Chair broken. A shame as has potential."
