"Very clean, modern, and fairly new hotel. Close walk to many restaurants and shopping. Decent gym, and helpful staff too. The only very minor thing is that there’s no self serve coffee early in the morning in lobby . You have to sit and order breakfast. I love my strong cup of coffee first thing in the morning ! There is however a great new coffee shop called ( The experiment ) about 2 blocks from hotel . "

"Lovely boutique property in Scottsdale! Our room was spacious and we loved the patio. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! Great dining options and nice pool. Really love the location - close to shopping and lots of dining options. The property is spread out, but still feels intimate. We would definitely stay here again - highly recommend! "

"This hotel was perfect for our stay! So walkable to amazing shopping, historical sites and restaurants. If the weather hadn’t been cool and rainy we would have been poolside daily and enjoy Ed the patio in the evening - it looked like such a great space. "

"The villas were big with plenty of space. Many activities for children happening. Everything was clean and the area was really safe with plenty of parking"

"Room was fairly clean, faucet falling off in bedroom, ant infestation kitchen and 2nd floor bedrooms. They told me to wash my clothes before leaving to prevent taking ants home, brought me 4 laundry pods. They apologized for the inconvenience, but i will never rent from this organization again, very poor customer service. "

"Great place to stay on a budget. Close to downtown. Top notch customer service, I needed help with transportation and the front desk went out of their way to make sure I got where I needed to be and always had hot coffee in the lobby…that’s huge in my world!"
