They provided extras like beach gear, free laundry access and supplies, luggage storage for many hours before our flight after checkout. The cleaning crew offered extra cleanings after our mistake deposited sand all over the bathroom with a smile and a “please don’t worry about it” attitude. The location of the hotel cannot be beaten. I was charged $307 and they told me that was for the deposit so I was okay with it because I knew I would get it back after my stay. Until the next day I saw I was charged another $100 and I asked them about that and now they said that the $100 was for the deposit and that the $307 was a “resort fee”. Which they couldn’t even elaborate what the resort fee included. Very scammy of them. I wanted a beach view that was not worth it, probably would not stay here again.
