"This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for a LAST minute booking on the east side of the island. Laurel was so friendly, communicative, and responsive- we had no issues! The apartment is so cute and warm, homey touches were found all throughout. I loved that the place was clean and tidy, the temperature was perfectly set (the AC in the living area is definitely a great feature), and all the furnishings plus bed were so comfortable, fresh and welcoming. My husband and I and our 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were also VERY thankful for the sweet touch of a fresh local fruit platter with homemade banana bread also!! That was a HUGE plus and definitely worth an extra STAR! The grounds and surroundings were lovely and even though we thought the sounds of the dogs might be heard, in all honesty, we hardly heard ANYTHING!! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It's charming and the view is awesome. Fresh homemade muffins awaited us and fruit was delivered to the porch -- a tropical fruit we'd never tried or heard of! Handy laundry only a few steps away. GREAT location! Feels so private! We enjoyed several BEAUTIFUL sunrises from the swinging outside bed. Magical. Nice bedroom inside too. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Fully equipped kitchen. Only about 20 minutes from Hilo. Plenty of TV channels and strong internet connection. LOVED IT!"
