"The studio apartment was a charming place conveniently located close to many amenities (cafes, groceries, restaurants, etcetera). The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Waimea was our base to explore other areas such as Pololu valley, Hawi and others. The manager was very helpful in providing local information of good restaurants around all the multiple areas we visited. It was always good to have an insiders' point of view. Thank you!"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Hilo property! The lush surroundings and well-maintained grounds made it a stunning retreat. We felt incredibly safe throughout our visit, which added to the overall comfort. The owner was responsive and approachable, making us feel we could reach out anytime with questions or needs. A delightful bonus was the fresh fruit provided, which was a perfect touch of local flavor. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Hilo!"
"This property had the best view on the whole island! It was almost too good to be true. This is your sign to stop searching, and just book this place! You do need a jeep or truck with big tires to get to the property and you have to drive very slow for the last few minutes of the journey, but it’s totally worth it. All of the plants and flowers and fruit trees were so beautiful! The rooms are a little outdated, but still very accommodating. Everything that we needed was there. Camile and her husband live downstairs and also manage the property so are there if you need anything. They are wonderful people. We truly enjoyed talking with them everyday and appreciate the fresh fruit that she brought us. Hope we get the opportunity to return one day! "

Randy is a wonderful and considerate host, always ready to give helpful info on the area, or to let you enjoy your privacy as you prefer. "This has been one of the most special places I’ve ever been to. The sounds of the forest at night are surreal and can touch your soul. I’ve only spent one night at the cabin but I will never forget my time here.
The cabins are super cute, clean, and comfortable. The short path to the lodge with bathrooms is marked by some torches on the ground at night. The sky cleared up in the middle of the night so I could enjoy the stars while walking to the lodge. AMAZING."
