"The Purple Martin Inn is an eclectic BNB right on the shores of Lake Huron and within feet of a terrific bike trail that extends along the lakeshore. The flowers, birds, and butterflies can all be enjoyed in a large variety of sitting nooks across the property while gazing across at Lake Huron. The owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the lodging is off the main road, so no road noise. Of the three first floor bedrooms, the Cardinal, Blue Jay and Hummingbird Nest rooms are best for couples. The Robin's Nest room is ideal for a single guest. The breakfasts are hearty and varied, and there is a small, shared refrigerator in the common area."
