Only fault was 1 member of staff when checking in for which previous feedback was given who just wasn’t very friendly. But this didn’t spoil our visit & would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. "

We also highly recommend the restaurant, where we had a delicious dinner and a really lovely breakfast before leaving the next morning."
