The staff are really friendly and service is excellent. The room was spotless and clean but it was the smallest room we have ever stayed in and we could hear noises from the other rooms such as the shower and noises above. Having a mirror on the dressing table would make a huge difference when putting on make up and doing hair etc.

I stayed in the signature suite as a last minute booking and it was wonderful. The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist and the night porter (tall bald man, I wish I had asked his name). The only let down was the lack of a cooked breakfast in the morning due to the chef not being able to get in, these things happen I understand, just a shame.

The rooms are very clean. We stayed in Cheltenham for a wedding so unfortunately didn’t visit the rest of the hotel as we were short of time but it appeared to be very chic

Nice staff

Nice staff, underground parking very awkward and not really suitable for a large car. Beds weren’t the best as the mattress dipped in the middle, the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. But other than that it was a good stay with nice staff, good breakfast, nice hotel in a nice location.
