Excellent location, clean room and bathroom. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and there was a lot of noise in the morning when others were getting ready and going out the door, making it hard to sleep in. The AC fan was also loud and hard to adjust. That said, it is great value for this price point and will consider staying again.

Internet wasn’t that fast. Connecting streaming services to the tv didn’t work (likely user error). Friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

It’s a beautiful hotel super close to soho, local bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite small with not much storage for personal things. We everyone was super nice besides one bartender on the rooftop bar.

There were stains on the curtains/walls/furniture, the room never cooled off. One of the 2 elevators wasn’t working for 2 days leading to people waiting 15-20 mins outside in the rain. The rooms need refreshing. It was much more visually appealing 3 years ago.
