"I didn't stay in the hotel, not giving a review is not an option"

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Very well-maintained property."

"Very helpful Personel and ideal, if you're travelling to London through Heathrow airport for a quick stay."

Also super happy with both hotel managers, Mike and Lewis, for being super helpful in finding alternative arrangements/providing suggestions. All the staff here were really great. Hammersmith is also such a...
