A great base to visit all of West Cornwall but also have use of the site facilities which include a swimming pool, tennis court, bar, family club and only a few mins drive to Hayle beach, Hayle and around to St Ives. A beautifully presented three bedroom holiday home with all you should need for a self catering holiday.

Downstairs:
Living / Dining Space - Open plan living room with sofa and comfy chairs. There is a dining table with fold out dining chairs. Digital TV.
Kitchen - Oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and fridge.
Bathroom - Bath with shower, WC & basin.

Upstairs:
Bed 1 - Double bed, bedside tables.
Bed 2 - Twin room with two single beds. Bedside tables, hanging space and a chest of drawers.
Bed 3 - Bunk room with hanging space and a chest of drawers.
Free WIFI available in the bar area.

There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around one mile away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans and Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various water sports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
